A1: Normally for HEILO brand, the MOQ of each model is 100pcs, for your brand, the MOQ of each model is 200pcs. But for the first time cooperation, we accept your trial sample order to check.

A2: Of course it is ok, meantime we need your authorization to use your brand and also your brand registered Certificate.

Q3: How long is HEILO's warranty?
A3: One year after you receive the B/L.

Q4: Can HEILO support OEM or ODM service?
A4: Yes, we have rich experience in OEM and ODM services, you can provide your relevant logo and its brand use authorization, or any products design ideas, we will fully cooperate to meet your needs.

Q5: What's your payment way?
A5: We accept 100% payment TT in advance; 100% irrevocable L/C at sight; 30% or 40% or 50% deposit in advance and balance before shipment for new customers and balance against B/L copy for customers more than 3 years cooperation; and also other payments like D/P.
